The web convention is a variation, not necessarily an alternative, to the classic business meeting held in traditional locations (hotels, conference halls, theatres, etc.), the purpose of which is to communicate through digital media.

Live Web Convention

The Web Convention Live solution is a convention that broadcasts live over the web.

It works just the same as the traditional one, by setting the date and time of the plenary meeting and sending out invitations via e-mail, but also through regular mail, if client so prefers. At the established time, all participants connect to the indicated website. Speakers, in a specially created set, or at their own desk, make their speech with the help of audiovisuals, while guests watch the transmission live on a full screen, and have the possibility to interact with the speaker.

Web Convention 3D is a more spectacular alternative that can be used when meeting is not necessarily broadcast live. It works by inserting two key components into a virtual set: the speaker and the charts. The speaker is filmed in Chroma Key using one or two cameras, cropped with postproduction video programs and then inserted into a virtual backdrop that can reproduce any location in the world.
